Recently took my Sim2 projector that had stopped working after 12 months use to Westview as they were the authorised repairer. They were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable about the product. Initially when the manufacturer pushed back on the repair Westview were able to get it covered. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable cost . Overall very happy

Spent $77 for nothing. Got printer report which make no sense. Wasted time and money and disappointed with service and ethics. I'll never ever go to them again.
