Ordered Prime/select grade Tas oak flooring delivered and got low end standard grade riddled with broken boards and huge knots. Felt like I got sold a bunch of factory seconds for full price. They let me swap some boards around but I had to drive out myself to be sure. Huge inconvenience and now that my floors are in Im not overly happy with the result still.

If you are after an excellent and trustworthy customer service, I highly recommend them. All my transactions were over the phone but I received commendable service. Amit was always contactable. The delivery was extremely quick and the quality of timber was good. The delivery staff were prompt, kind and courteous. The price was competitive too. I needed good quality timber and Amit made sure I got what I wanted. I dont think any other business would be able to outdo their quality of service. Thank you very much Amit.
