Recieved great advice and service from the Greenhill team when visiting the showroom to enquire about decking boards for my home project. Other places can give you the feeling they're not that interested if you're not in the trade but these guys had lots of time for the home DIY'er.

These guys go above and beyond! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have a great range of products.
Konrad was able to answer my many novice questions and didnt make me feel stupid or uncomfortable to ask.
The location is so convenient and the shop is a clean, tidy and not at all intimidating. Some trade places make you feel so silly and inexperienced, these guys are the absolutes opposite and friendly, helpful and available.

One stop shop for all your timber need in Thomastown ! We first visited to Bunnings and their quality was poor! 1/10 of the pieces were straight and prices were expensive.
We then visited Greenhill down the road and was blown away by their range, price and quality. Was also handy they had all the treated framing stumps, quick set cement and even offered delivery to our place for a small price - saved us hiring a trailer or borrowing a ute.
Matt gave us some excellent advice and made the whole experience less stressful.

Ive been looking for composite decking for a couple of months now and been to at least 5 of the major and smaller businesses but Greenhill Timbers is by far the best out there. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning and greeted with positive enthusiasm by Sonya (I think that was her name) and she spent time and patience with me working out exactly what I needed as I have modified my plan so many times. Even if you dont live in the Northern suburbs, I would highly recommend Greenhill Timber. The best customer service anyone could ask for.
