Main garage door timber jambs have rotten over the years due to lack of maintenance. Need a repair job to replace timber jambs, all new fittings (except the door itself). It's been a pleasure to deal with Bax Doors as a business, the process of quoting, onsite inspection and job allocation, get work done process & experience was smooth, Sarah helped to get things organised.
Brad did the inspection and answered my (stupid) questions patiently. The job was delayed due to COVID soft lockdown & stay-at-home orders until NSW was re-opened. On the day, Brad & David did an excellent job, the tilt door

We live in Turramurra, a suburb between Hornsby and Chatswood (north of Sydney). We first have automatic roll-the-doors from Bax Door back for more than twenty years now. I still remember the "HUGE" gentleman who was the owner/operator of the BAX Door Company who came to do the installation himself. Later on, I learned that he was nick-named the "gentle giant'". I couldn't agree more as he would be the biggest forward in any football code. Yet, he was so gentle and so softly speaking that his demeanour didn't seem to match his size.
