Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service utilises ChemDry's proprietary carbonation process to deep-clean fibres, removing 98% of allergens and bacteria. The low-moisture method ensures carpets dry in 1-2 hours, minimising disruption for residential and commercial clients. Technicians apply non-toxic solutions that are safe for children and pets while extending carpet lifespan through dirt and bacteria removal.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialised upholstery cleaning combines HEPA-filter vacuuming with hot water extraction to restore sofas, chairs, and delicate fabrics. The process removes stubborn stains and allergens while preserving fabric integrity. Aquaguard protection treatment is available to repel future stains, particularly beneficial for high-traffic commercial environments and households with pets.
Flood Restoration
Emergency flood restoration services deploy industrial extraction equipment and anti-microbial treatments to prevent mould growth. Our technicians complete full drying cycles using air movers, followed by deep cleaning to restore carpets and subfloors. This rapid-response approach typically saves 80% of water-damaged flooring materials when actioned within 48 hours.
Dust Mite Treatment
Targeted dust mite removal uses water-based anti-allergen solutions that eliminate 82% of bacteria and 89% of airborne allergens. The treatment penetrates deep into carpet fibres and upholstery, breaking down mite colonies and their waste products. Recommended for allergy sufferers, this service improves indoor air quality while maintaining fabric hygiene standards.
Pet Stain Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) breaks down urine crystals at a molecular level, eliminating both stains and odours permanently. The enzymatic process targets biological residues that standard cleaning misses, particularly effective for aged stains in commercial premises and multi-pet households. Follow-up protection treatments prevent future incidents.

Great communication from booking the job to the arrival of the Technician.
Dean arrived on time with a smile and reassured me he could get my lounge clean. To say I am happy with the service he provided is an understatement. My lounge looks new and smells great. Super happy with such a knowledgeable and professional technician. He did what others have not been able to do. Will definitely recommend and use your services again.
