We recently hired these people to do an end of lease deep clean and what a disappointment. I regret not looking at the reviews before booking them. My mistake. They first arrived 30 minutes late without any apologies. Then had a look around the house and then ask for more than what was originally quoted without explanation as to why it would cost more. It took 3 guys four hours to do more of a quick surface cleaning than a end of lease deep cleaning. When they left I had to spend an extra hour to go over and do some cleaning myself. Paid extra for cleaning as soon as they arrived onsite, ended up paying almost double the original quoted price, they then left many things not completed that are required for bond like washing walls and causing bond to be withheld even after 2nd visit to supposedly rectify and then ignored our calls to cleaner, coordinator and customer support. Not recommended..

3 hours late, came on site and quoted an extra $50 on top of a 6 hour clean. 2 people came for 2 hours - total 4 hours. Had to inspect their clean, ask them to redo a few areas and they completely missed an entire room. Do not recommend.
