DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Job booked for 12pm and nobody showed up, then at 6pm we received a call demanding payment for the job which hadn't been completed. We then received numerous calls demanding an upfront payment before the job would start. Carpet was not cleaned, tenants could not move in the following day, no customer support as the advertised number just rang out and we did not receive a return call. Terrible customer service and rude staff. There are plenty of quality business's in this space and these guys are not one of them.
