Poor service , shoddy workmanship and installation, and poor customer relations. Parents still waiting for warranty work to be done and air con to be fixed, in the middle of winter they have had no heating for weeks! Keep getting excuses and no one turning up to do the work!!

They listen to you're needs and questions, if they don't have the product they simply order it in and keep you updated and for a girl who's not really informed on any of this they understood my very uninformed enquiries until we knew what I was looking for.
