I recently purchased a wood heater from Hearth House. The information and advice from salesperson Chris was clear, concise and helpful. I was able to have the heater installed promptly with clear communication re date/time. The installers were polite, efficient and tidy. Follow up communication with owner Miles was helpful in ensuring I understand how to operate the unit effectively. I'm very happy and warm with my new heater.

The worst after sales experience ever. Will be the last thing I buy from this s..t show. Come and fix my BRAND new fire. No I will not knock off work early for a 2nd day. You can come fix your shoddy work on Saturday morning when I have the day off. Not good enough.
