Weve been with Paul-Tec for 9years using the motion/door alarm installed and back-to-base monitoring. Were really happy with the system & alert service provided. After 8years the cost of the replacement base station battery was a bit pricy which you cant do yourself (or at least our system was) & the motion sensors needed new batteries but I was able to do those myself & the helpful team gave me a few tips on how to do it. Great service from all the team from control to sales & techs.

Regretting a decision to invest in their product. The hardware failed and I can't get a technician for over 3 days now. They don't even bother to tell you when the technician will be able to attend. We considering to move to a different provider.
