We had Anelia attend our property and perform a spray. She was very detailed and helpful as well as addressing our concerns and questions. After the spray, she also walked us through what she had done. Very happy with her level of service.

Yesterday Anelia and Doug provided a first class service in treating our new house purchase before we moved in. They arrived on time, inspected the areas to be treated to understand what 'pests' we were looking to eliminate and then thoroughly treated the property inside and outside. They were very meticulous ensuring all areas were treated (downpipes / eaves / storage areas / entrances / garden play areas etc) and very professional. Once finished they provided clear advice as to leaving the treated areas for a period of time to ensure the treatment remained effective i.e. no mopping for at least

I was very impressed with Douglas and the thorough job performed at our property. He is extremely professional and took over 2 hours to complete the work inside and out. We have used another company previously who were out in twenty minutes! I would absolutely recommend Pest-Zap!

We are more than happy to recommend Doug from Pest-Zap. We had a problem with black ants inside our house. The problem had been slowly worsening over a number of years and, despite using a large well-known pest control company, we were not seeing results. We decided to try a different approach and, after reading other positive reviews, contacted Doug. On his first visit to our house he discovered an extremely large ant nest in the bathroom wall cavity. He destroyed the next and we have not had a problem since. A great relief to have the problem finally dealt with!
