Peter’s Pest Control preformed an inspection on my house, and did not properly complete the inspection certificate. Based on this inspection, I contacted Orkin for a price comparison. Orkin pointed out that the inspection certificate was not properly completed to list that no live insects were present and that the treatment had already been performed. Due to this error I was required to have a termite treatment in order to complete the sale of my property. Based on this experience I feel that Peters Pest Control was dishonest in their business dealing and Orkin’s price was the same, ultimately
