Don't trust the store. They say that they have stock just to sell, after you pay, they don't deliver and keep changing the delivery data for 4 months afterwards. Terrible store.

Terrible. We ordered two ottomans from Globe West which arrived full of mold. The replacement ottomans sent arrived covered in mold, again! Refer to my attached photos of what was delivered to us. Disappointing to receive sub-standard furniture from Globe West after two attempts. This shouldn't occur for such a high quality furniture supplier, it certainly shouldn't occur twice.

I have had ongoing dining table issues over the last 7months. It’s still unresolved and still being disputed. I have had 5 opinions from people in the industry that tell me my current dining table supplied by Globe West (which I waited 5months for and being left with another faulty table in the meantime)is structurally faulty. It seems in their… opinion.. it’s normal for a dining table to extensively wobble with a small touch! I have wasted hours of my time over this matter.

Visited the GlobeWest outlet in Springvale on Saturday. We were helped by Aimee who gave us brilliant customer service. The pieces here are gorgeous and the quality is great - being able to buy ex showroom pieces at a discount definitely makes it worth a visit.
