I ordered locally made outdoor table and benches from Huset. I chose the length of both table and bench and also the colour - how exciting! I LOVE the colour. The quality of the workmanship and materials is top notch and I couldn't be happier with the setting. There was a delay in the production but to be expected during covid times. The staff were always helpful via email or phone. The delivery to regional Vic was smooth sailing, arrived with no damage and the delivery guys were very nice! I would not hesitate to order something from them again and would recommend to others.

We ordered a gorgeous outdoor dining table, chairs and coffee table from Huset - online. Delivered to Adelaide. Stunning quality. So happy with the products. The delivery was a little bumpy over the christmas period - however Huset were great in terms of getting back to us to update on time frames - and given the current covid issues - the issues were no different to that anywhere else. Would highly recommend Huset.

Every part of my experience with Huset has been horrible after I paid the invoice. I had to chase three times to find out when my order would be dispatched when the admin people told me it hadn't been picked. A few days later on another call the manager explained the order was sitting in the warehouse picked and hadn't been shipped. The latest is that their shipping partner due to deliver today after providing me with a delivery window can not locate my order and again I've needed to chase them mutiple times without callbacks. I realise a partner's transportation issues are out of Huests control

I recently bought a pair of sun lounges from Huset and am thrilled with the quality of the product and the competitive price. The lounges were exactly ad described and packaging was faultless. The Huset people were lovely to deal with and while delivery was a little delayed, in the current covid climate it was pretty good. I will be a returning customer and would confidently recommend.
