Services
General Pest Control
Our general pest control service targets common pests like cockroaches, ants, and spiders in residential and commercial properties. Using low-toxicity products, we apply treatments to critical areas such as floor edges, subfloors, and house perimeters. This service ensures a pest-free environment while prioritising safety for families and pets. Regular treatments are recommended to maintain long-term protection.
Termite Treatments
We offer chemical barriers and baiting systems to combat termite infestations in Cairns. Chemical barriers last up to 10 years, while baiting systems use poisoned cellulose to eliminate colonies. Our licensed technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify activity and recommend tailored solutions. Regular inspections are advised to prevent costly structural damage.
Building Inspections
Our building inspections identify structural defects and pest-related damage, particularly termites, before property purchases. Inspections cover accessible areas like roof cavities and foundations, with immediate detailed reports. This service helps buyers make informed decisions and avoid unexpected repair costs.
Pre-purchase Inspections
Pre-purchase inspections assess properties for pest activity and structural issues. We provide comprehensive reports within 24 hours, highlighting risks like termite damage. Clients can attend inspections to discuss findings directly, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making for property investments.
Termite Barriers
We install chemical barriers and baiting systems to prevent termite infestations. Chemical barriers are applied during construction or retrofitted, while baiting systems use underground stations to attract and eliminate termites. These solutions offer long-term protection, crucial in Cairns' humid climate where termites thrive.

A huge thank you to Peter from Eco Pest Management. He is very professional, polite and prompt and his service is great value. He fixed our termite problem and now does yearly inspections. Peter always goes above and beyond and has given me some great advice on how to manage spiders and geckos in my gazebo and how to look after my decking. Thanks Peter.

Report
I highly recommend Eco Pest Management. Peter has been helping me control termites and other pests around our home for the past 10 years. His service has always been second to none, and he is always prompt in attendance and responding to emails/calls. I had a serious termite problem a few years after I bought my home (the buggers were hidden in the walls). I initially tried a few other local pest control companies but found them unreliable and over-priced. Peter was looking after our government contract, so I asked him to check out my termite infestation. Since then he has completely eradicated
