Terry and his site manager Dave made our renovation a breeze. They were great communicators- we always knew exactly what was happening and what would happen next. They coordinated other tradesmen seamlessly so the work progressed quickly and smoothly, and sent us daily updates with photographs. Our renovation was delivered on time and on budget, and is of the most wonderful quality. I cant recommend Golding Projects highly enough.

We have just completed an addition and renovation to our 1910 symmetrical cottage. From commencement, the communication, attention to detail and quality of workmanship have been outstanding. Golding Projects completed an extensive renovation of our home at North Adelaide in February 2018. The works took approximately 8 months including the addition of a conservatory and the installation of a lift. The works were completed well ahead of anticipated timeframe and also well within budget. Terry and his supervisor Dave were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble. Over the years we have dealt with quite a few builders and I can safely say Terry is the best we have ever worked with.
