They arrived on time but we had to let them clean the carpet and lock up on their way put as qe couldn't stay. We were handing the house keys over the next day and needed to clean the carpet and also remove a large fresh stain in one spot.
Heard nothing from them after leaving, but when we went to finosh cleaning the next morning the large stain was still there, didn't look like the colour had lessened even a little. We had less than 2 hours until we needed to hand the keys over at this point so a heads up on that would have been appreciated. I spent most of that time scrubbing the patch with

These guys are absolutely fantastic! After calling them up when my previously booked carpet cleaners cancelled on me 30mins prior to when it was supposed to be, they did everything they could and got it done for me that afternoon.
