Truly rattled by the terrible experience I had with this company. First, they didn't show up to the job I had booked and didn't bother to inform me they couldn't make it. I re-booked to the next day. I gave all details about the keys, location, real estate and where to park/where the entrance was. They called the next day wondering where to park and where I was because they forgot to pick up the keys. They couldn't remember any of the details I gave the day before. Blamed me for not picking up their calls immediately when they couldn't remember anything. Proceeded to swear over the phone out of

Scheduled our end of lease carpet cleaning for Saturday 24/07 at 11:30am - 12:30pm, we moved down to south Gold Coast so had to drive 1.5hr to get back to the property. Waited until 12:30pm and still no one had arrived for the carpet cleaning, began trying to call the numbers from the website - both mobile and business number (over fifteen times) and didn't receive a call back for over an hour (3 hours late at this point), there was no apology from the company and they said they would be there at 3:30pm - four hours late. Called again and said they would be there at 4:30pm. When they finally arrived

I have used these guys a few times, when moving out and also once a year freshen up. They are courteous, and have let me know if running late, which has only happened once. I always recommend Cleaning Mate when my friends ask for a carpet cleaner. Very reasonably priced. They do a good job.
