Teaming up with Detlev's was a positive experience. They installed our Swiss premium VZug appliances purchased from Winning Appliances Kingston in a professional and competent manner. They removed our old appliances and integrated the new products into our kitchen and it looks fantastic. It is reassuring to know that Detlev's are available to provide any subsequent after sales service if required.
From our perspective a great outcome. We were very grateful for the "superb" service she received from the contractor as her husband is deployed and she was overwhelmed by the situation. Jayne said that they arrived within 10 minutes, that nothing was too much trouble, they were very helpful and the problem was very efficiently identified and resolved.
I just wanted to pass on how impressed I was with the service of you with your prompt emailing and in particular the two young men who installed our oven this afternoon. Ethan and Adam both introduced themselves on arrival, looked me in the eye when they were speaking and cleaned up their mess.
