We have used Andy for our ongoing renos over the past 6 years. He has done a fabulous job and has provided helpful suggestions along the way. I have challenged him with some "different" choices and he has always made it work. The house is looking amazing, his attention to detail and proffesionalism is outstanding. Would highly recommend him! PS ...the renos are almost done!!

I've used Andrew and Rook Building a few times, very happy with the work delivered. Communication about what could be done, what could work better - Andrew knows his stuff and delivers on what he says he will.
