We can facilitate a concept-to-completion service. We work in conjunction with our contract designer to ensure that your ideas are at the forefront of the design process. Upon your request, we can organise all required drawings and Council approvals, and our team will work in conjunction with you throughout the construction process to ensure your new home realises all of your desired outcomes.
Avoca Beach - Part 2
Report
This stage of the project involved the demolition and redesign of a severely deteriorated timber deck at the rear of the home. The result was three new tiled decks with frameless glass balustrade and new lighting features layered across three levels. This created a versatile and elegant space centred around the existing inground pool, which provided a perfect landscape for entertaining showcasing endless ocean views.

They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and this was very much the case with this renovation project. Removing and repositioning several load-bearing walls on the ground floor consolidated the old bathroom and laundry space into one spacious, user-friendly guest bathroom and laundry. This allowed extra floor space for a larger kitchen with a fully functional butler's pantry.
