Interior Renovations
From bathroom transformations to complete kitchen overhauls, our interior renovations cater to both large-scale projects and minor updates. The sister company Braeside Bathrooms handles dedicated bathroom renovations with in-house design and carpentry, while our joinery team ensures seamless integration of custom cabinetry. Every project maintains strict budget adherence and timeline accuracy.
Bespoke Joinery
Our in-house joinery workshop crafts tailored solutions including kitchens, wardrobes, and entertainment units. Trusted by leading Sydney designers, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. Clients can explore material options at our Brookvale showroom, ensuring every piece complements their home's aesthetic while maintaining functional excellence across North Shore properties.
Commercial Fitouts
Braeside Building executes commercial fitouts that create impactful first impressions for businesses. With expertise in coordinating after-hours work and managing structural requirements, we handle projects from concept to completion. Our experience spans restaurants, hotels, and office spaces, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards while transforming commercial environments across Sydney.
Kitchens
The 'Complete Kitchens' service covers every stage from design consultation to installation. Our designers guide clients through layout planning, material selection, and appliance integration. By managing the entire process in-house, we eliminate communication errors common in traditional building methods, delivering functional and aesthetically cohesive kitchen spaces tailored to Sydney homeowners' lifestyles.

High quality workmanship and very nice team - highly recommended. Ross and his team at Braeside just completed our bathroom and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Ross and his team take pride in their work and it is immaculate. We lived in our home during the renovation and every trade that came through the door went over and above to leave the site clean, tidy and safe for our family at the end of each day.

I cannot speak more highly of Ross and the team at Braeside Building! I was introduced to Ross last year and was impressed the moment we met - his passion, dedication and determination to be the best in the industry and to set new benchmarks, won me over. The team are extremely passionate about the work they do and it shows in their quality workmanship. They are incredibly professional and their customer service is 6 star. They are trustworthy, reliable and consistently go above and beyond for me and my clients and exceed expectations. I highly recommend Braeside and encourage you to meet with

I called Braeside and spoke to their consultant, who was very nice. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone describing what i was looking for and he said they were definitely interested in the job. I then spent several hours drawing up scale plans, collecting and organising details so they could give me a quote. I emailed it over and i got a call to clarify a few details
Then I never heard from them again. They may be good builders but you need to be able to trust them to deliver what they said they will. I'm happy to revise this if i do ever hear from them but its been 2 weeks
Shame they
