I am disappointed to read your review. This clearly relates to your building additions and alterations at Chatswood. We understand that you are angry and frustrated at the moment but your comments are incorrect and unfair. Our role as the Principal Certifier is to ensure that we certify development that is consistent with the development consent that is issued by Council. The penalties for certifiers have become quite severe now and we know Willoughby Council has a track record of lodging complaints over very minor issues. Jason is an easy to get along with intelligent Building designer in greater western Sydney. I've no doubt any client looking to get an architectural design will agree.
