Services
Insulation
Eco Insulation WA provides premium insulation solutions using brands like Pink Batts and EarthWool. Our services enhance energy efficiency, reduce heating and cooling costs, and improve acoustic comfort. We cater to residential and commercial properties across Perth, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards. Our team assesses existing structures to recommend optimal R-values and installation methods, prioritising safety and sustainability. By maintaining consistent indoor temperatures, our insulation solutions contribute to long-term cost savings and environmental responsibility.
Removal
We offer safe and efficient insulation removal for outdated or hazardous materials. Our trained technicians use specialised equipment to eliminate old cellulose, fibreglass, or vermiculite insulation, adhering to strict safety protocols. The process includes thorough cleanup of dust, allergens, and debris, ensuring a hazard-free environment. Removal is recommended for deteriorating insulation that compromises health or energy efficiency. Post-removal, we advise on modern, eco-friendly replacements to enhance thermal performance and compliance with current standards.
Gutter Guards
Our self-cleaning gutter guards prevent debris buildup, reducing maintenance and prolonging roof lifespan. Designed for Perth's climate, these guards mitigate water damage, mould growth, and fire hazards from dry leaves. Installation ensures efficient rainwater drainage, protecting eaves and foundations. We offer durable, corrosion-resistant options suitable for residential and commercial properties. By minimising blockages, gutter guards enhance roof longevity and reduce the risk of water ingress during heavy storms.
Whirlybirds
Whirlybird roof ventilators remove excess heat and moisture from roof spaces, maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures. Installed by our experts, these systems reduce air conditioning reliance, cutting energy bills. They also prevent condensation buildup, which can cause mould and structural damage. Our Bradford-certified ventilators operate continuously, ensuring year-round ventilation. Ideal for Perth's climate, whirlybirds enhance attic airflow, prolonging roof durability and improving indoor air quality.
Roofing
We supply and install Colorbond metal roofing solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our re-roofing services address leaking, aged, or damaged roofs, replacing them with durable, fire-resistant materials. The process includes insulation integration to optimise energy efficiency. Our team ensures minimal disruption during installation, adhering to OH&S standards. Colorbond roofs offer aesthetic appeal, thermal reflectivity, and low maintenance, making them ideal for Perth's climate. We provide comprehensive warranties for workmanship and materials.

I had roof insulation and 2 x Whirlybirds and Eave vents installed today on our 2 story Townhouse. From quote to finish couldn't fault their service.
Michael was professional not pushy, explained everything and gave a competitive very reasonable quote. The guys arrived on time on the date specified. They just got on with the job. They were careful, clean and quick. While on the roof, Michael sorted a couple of unrelated issues for which I am very grateful. Great job guys
I highly recommend Michael and his team at Eco Insulation

We had Eco Insulation round to complete 2 separate jobs; insulation removal and re-installation; gutter guard installation. Both times the crew that came round were professional, tidy, efficient and did a really good quality job. Highly recommend them.

Everyone from the team is friendly. But the young installers need a bit more training with old houses. For instance, our low pitch house. Highly recommend Brett. He is very knowledgeable about the insulation, gave us valuable advice on sustainable house, and fixed up the perimeter issue.
