Were Roofing Guys Perth, a local family-owned roofing crew established by me, Joseph, with the aim of delivering roofing work properly from the outset. Our experience comes from years spent working with large roofing companies, and we built our own business around the principles of honest service, dependable communication, and quality workmanship. Unlike a franchise or call centre, we remain directly involved in our work and take a hands-on approach to each property. Our roofing services extend from identifying and repairing leaks through to full roof restorations and replacements. We install and repair tile roofs, provide metal and Colorbond roofing systems, complete tile-to-metal conversions, and install new roofs for renovations, extensions, and new builds. Gutter and downpipe services are also available, including repairs, replacement work, and complete clean-outs. We are fully licensed, insured, and experienced across different roofing types.
For us, reliable service means turning up as agreed, explaining what needs to be done, and avoiding unnecessary pressure. We do not use scare tactics, pushy sales approaches, or inflated pricing, and our workmanship is covered by a guarantee. Our local Perth knowledge includes the regions weather, heat, UV exposure, seasonal rain, homes, building styles, and common roofing issues. We combine that understanding with quality materials and modern roofing methods to provide solutions designed for lasting performance. Customer care, safety, precision, and cleanliness remain important throughout every project. We listen to customers, treat their homes with respect, and ensure they are satisfied before we leave. Our mission is to provide homeowners and businesses with peace of mind through solid, trustworthy roofing results.

Report
For urgent roofing problems, we undertake emergency repairs following storm damage, fallen debris or sudden leaks that have caused internal damage. Our immediate focus is to make the roof secure and watertight as quickly as practical. This provides protection against further damage while permanent repairs are arranged. Unexpected roof damage should be reported to us promptly.
Our professional roof restoration service is focused on repairing existing problems, improving waterproofing and extending the life of your roof. We address cracks, leaks, rust, damaged tiles and worn pointing before applying suitable protective coatings. With licensed and insured roofers, quality materials and tested techniques, we restore roofs to better withstand Perths demanding conditions.
We clean residential, rental, strata and small commercial roofs with professional techniques tailored to each roof type. Before starting, our licensed roofers inspect the surface and select appropriate equipment and pressure settings. The service addresses moss, lichen, mould, grime and salt buildup, while gutter flushing and rinsing leave the property clean and the roof ready for the seasons ahead.
We carry out roof repointing with attention to the condition of each roof and the areas requiring repair. Cracked mortar, loose ridge caps and gaps along the ridge line can allow water entry and contribute to further damage. Our approach includes suitable pointing repairs, ridge cap repointing and re-bedding where required to restore security and watertightness.
We provide professional roof painting services to restore and protect tile, metal and Colorbond roofs. Our licensed painters use premium, weather-resistant coatings designed for Australian conditions, including strong UV exposure, heat and coastal winds. Each project includes thorough cleaning, surface preparation, repairs, sealing and priming to deliver a durable finish and lasting protection.
We deliver professional gutter cleaning designed to maintain clear, reliable roof drainage. Our service covers gutter and downpipe cleaning, debris removal, flushing, water-flow testing and drainage inspections. We use appropriate equipment and safe access methods while working carefully across residential, strata and commercial properties, leaving gutters clean, clear and ready for rainfall.
We provide professional gutter repairs and replacement to keep homes dry and protected. Our licensed roofers address leaks, damaged sections, rust, cracks and sagging joints, using quality materials suited to Western Australian conditions. We service tile and metal roofs, completing each repair safely, carefully and with proper drainage and lasting performance.
Professional whirlybird installation from our team helps improve ventilation and reduce roof heat for properties across Perth. We fit high-quality, Australian-made ventilators engineered to withstand Western Australias heat, wind and changing weather. Our licensed roofers work on homes, strata buildings and commercial properties, ensuring each whirlybird is safely installed, properly sealed and tested for smooth operation.
