We know the fireplace we want.We went to Oblica intending on buying straight away and were looking for guidance on installation, options quotes etc. Nic who served us was completely disinterested in exploring this with us and actually laughed in response to a couple of questions we asked. No way we were going to spend money there with that attitude so we walked out.

Sam and the Oblica team have been very helpful in assisting me with selecting the right fireplace for my existing chimney. Out of numerous fireplace companies that I had contacted Oblica were the only ones that were interested in doing the job. Their installer Steve was able to come to inspect the existing cavity promptly and give me a quote shortly after. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with lots of details regarding the work that had to be carried out. When it came to installing my new fireplace unit he was professional, reliable and did a great job. Very happy with

We visited Oblica with the view to purchase a new fireplace. The range there was overwhelming. We decided on the EMOTION - SLOW COMBUSTION WOOD HEATER. It looks amazing and pumps out a huge amount of heat. Simon has been incredibly helpful with our after care service and has gone above and beyond to make sure the heater was installed well and we were happy with the product.

Bought a Stuv 30 compact in 2019, one of the many awesome models that Oblica has. When a year later (last month) things turned a bit sour after realizing (during sweeping process) that the tradie who did the installation had clearly cut some corners, Simon and the team were quick to react and took care of everything - within less than 48 hours, a team of experts had replaced the chimney and secured it the way it should have been. Kudos to Oblica for their reactivity, service, and products.
