Studio Grayscale are a commercial interior design studio, based in Melbourne. We specialise in customised cafe design, restaurant design, shop design, beauty clinic design and salon design. We thrive on a wide mix of clients - adapting and developing design custom solutions to suit each client's requirements, after gaining an in-depth understanding of their offering and their target customer.
We work with large national brands, from concept to completion, implementing designs for national rollouts and refurbishments. We also work on individual solutions for one-off sites. Sussan, Chadstone VIC

Sussan approached us to redesign their flagship store in Chadstone. Excited to embark on the design journey for this store - we were inspired by neutral, natural tones, soft curves, and illumination. In the most sustainable manner, we retained the existing facade and retreated it to be ownable and suitable for the Sussan brand.
TNT, Armadale VIC

TNT (The New Trend) is a Canadian based multi brand retailer founded in 1992. TNT launched its first women's flagship boutique on High Street, Armadale in 2016. The store features a curated selection of international designer brands, around which we designed the interior space. The physical shape of the store is a long and narrow, and finishes utilised within are reflective of the designer garments.
Sugar Me, Southland VIC
Report
Being a beauty clinic, we wanted the space to exude a sense of femininity through soft curves, earthy colour tones and finishes. These curved forms are echoed throughout the space, through the walls and graphic treatments, delineation of floor finishes, ceiling feature, and custom joinery including the timber screen and reception counter.
