Anthony, and Kim did a good job in getting my dual garage door with new motor installed. They were efficient and got the job done in under 3 hrs. Also thanks Matt in getting the door built and scheduling install job right after the lockdown.

Booked a service call for my garage door. Technician arrived and spent 10 minutes and told me the motor was dead and needed replacing at a cost at $580. I was charged $120 for his 10 minute visit. After he left I decided to have a better look at the unit and found the motor had some gunk on it, I cleaned it myself and the door now works perfectly. I'm disappointed the so called "expert" wasn't able to check this out on the service call. I've asked for a refund of the call out fee but the company has ignored my request and failed to call me back. Poor customer service equals never using the company

They removed my roller door to install a motor and have dropped and damaged my garage roller door and also cut a hole into it with an angle grinder by accident. They have denied that they did it and have been saying it was already damaged. It's been a few days now and I'm still fighting with them to take responsibility and replace the damaged roller door. Stay away from these guys if you care about your home.
