We assess structural elements, recommend material upgrades, and create cohesive visual schemes that enhance architectural character. Clients receive detailed plans with colour palettes, cladding options, and landscaping integration to achieve modern, low-maintenance facades that increase market value while maintaining budget parameters.
3D Visualisation
This service provides photorealistic 3D illustrations of proposed exterior designs. Using advanced rendering technology, we translate conceptual ideas into tangible visual representations. Homeowners gain accurate previews of colour schemes, material combinations, and architectural modifications before implementation, ensuring alignment with expectations and enabling informed decision-making throughout the renovation process.
New Home Facades
Specialising in new build exterior design, we enhance architectural plans with distinctive facade elements. Our team integrates contemporary styling with functional requirements, optimising street appeal through balanced proportions, material contrasts, and lighting features. This service ensures cohesive design language between interior spaces and exterior presentation while maintaining compliance with local council regulations and building standards.
Material Specification
Our material specification service curates durable, aesthetically pleasing exterior components tailored to each project. We source cladding options, roofing materials, and decorative elements that withstand Australian climates while complementing design themes. Detailed product specifications with supplier information ensure consistent implementation across renovation phases, maintaining design integrity and minimising costly selection errors.
Builder Coordination
We facilitate seamless collaboration between homeowners and construction teams through comprehensive documentation and ongoing consultation. This service includes plan interpretation, material sourcing assistance, and design clarification to maintain fidelity to the original vision. Jane was a pleasure to deal with, on time and provides a high standard of work. We were delighted with Hotspace Consultants work and highly recommend them.
Jane and her team are creative treasures. We shared with them our house's current design, look and colours and shared some of our unstructured ideas and some ideas from houses that had features we liked.
Jane was able to convert our jumbled ideas to a stunning exterior design of the house and front garden with a few optional but completed ideas thrown in. We were blown away and have taken the design to our builder and are now in the process

Our house was the ugly duckling of the street. We had an architect draw up renovation plans but although functional, the face was still one only a mother would love, and above our budget. I discovered Hotspace by accident and Im thrilled with the results, for a fraction of the cost of an architect. Thank you Jane and the team. Monika and Yanko

A Miraculous transformation!
Jane and Rachael somehow managed to transform our very outdated house into a modern splendour, without major structural work. We very much appreciated that they had an eye on our budget at the same time as creating excellent design. They have been a joy to work with, on all levels... Thank You!

We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Hotspace Consultants. From the first meeting, Jane and Rachael listened and understood what we wanted from our renovation and provided a design that achieved the results we were looking for. The design plan covered the areas discussed and used clever design ideas to achieve the look we were after. Jane and Rachael were able to bring a clear vision to the project while staying within the budget we discussed. The Hotspace design plan nailed the vision of what we thought our house could look like.
