Building Permit Approval
Report
Building permit applications are the documents that signify that a building surveyor has approved documentation for proposed building work prior to its commencement. The Building Act and Building Regulations legislate that most building work is subject to the issuing of a building permit. Building Surveyors Role - Building permits application or Schedule System is a system of control on the construction of building work.
Book an Inspection
Report
Inspections must be booked directly via Builde's office and can be done so by visiting our website at builde.com.au, or email inspections@builde.com.au, or by phone on 03 9572 3111. Inspections carried out by structural engineers must be notified to our office prior to the inspection and a Certificate of Compliance Reg 126 must be provided by the engineer for each inspection without delay.
