We are very pleased we purchased our IMG chair from Buywood Furntiture. Even though we were buying a showroom product and not designing a custom made piece of furniture, Lee was more than generous with his time and advice. He helped us choose, gave us a better price than a well-known chain store and delivered it personally. We couldn't ask for better service.

We are absolutely in love with our beautiful Aria dining table and Newport chairs. Elyce was exceptionally patient and attentive in helping us settle on the final design/measurements and we enjoy the exceptional craftsmanship of Lee and the Buywood team every time we walk into the room. We ordered a premium matching set of custom made timber dining and coffee table from Buywood in April 2019 which was paid in full before delivery in July 2019. Both tables we received had multiple cracks filled with a light coloured putty. One crack was 500mm long. A few cracks were deep, one crack was 13mm deep noticable on the table top edge. These cracks and putty finish were not normal and were major defects. We were asked to wait 3 weeks till August 2019 for the timber to climatize in our home, that the cracks on the table top filled with putty would shrink and become hardly noticable
