Two pools, Five pumps, three chlorinators and countless bags of salt - we have been using Cygnet Pool Supplies for about 30 years and find Joe and Kay to have been very helpful. They have a wide range of products and sound advice. Ask Eddie, Sharon, Kay or Joe, they are all helpful and reliable.

Faultless customer service. Staff in store go to great lengths to assist. Service men have all been friendly and done a great job of keeping the pool sparkling. Reasonable prices for exceptional service. They even play with our big scarey dog.

Wouldnt recommend. They try to rip you off in anyway they can by charging extra. Had my pool maintained by them in the past, no longer with them. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service. Moved into a new house with a spa and have no idea how to maintain or what chemicals i needed. When i when in, they were extremely helpful and very patient. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them all. Have been in 3 times this week and each time they were helpful and tested my spa water to ensure the chemicals were balanced. Highly recommended.

Live in norrhern suburbs but dropped in for some chemicals. Got outstanding personal service. Did a water test and got the best advice ever. Thoroughly recommend. They are my go-to service now.

I had a water pressure flow problem with my pool pump, I called Cygnet pools in Glen Waverley I spoke with Joe he advised me over the phone what to do and call him back to advise how I went. His advise fixed the issue and all is working again. Fantastic advise and service I would highly recommend.
