The Land Division (TLD) is Perth's leading town planning and land surveying consultancy for infill subdivision. With origins dating back some 30 years, TLD has been involved in thousands of subdivisions across Perth. TLD combines the services of experienced surveyors, town planners, and an in-house subdivision structured Licensed Settlement Agency.

The Land Division employs three Licensed Surveyors and is currently assisting another surveying graduate to achieve his qualification. Led by Paul Nas (Licensed since 1982), we have experienced most of the usual (and unusual) types of developments in both urban and rural settings.

With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Surveyor in Western Australia, Paul has a wealth of knowledge to draw on while overseeing The Land Division's surveying operations. Paul is a member of the Western Australian Institute of Surveyors. While the majority of his work has been to do with residential developments, he also has extensive experience in commercial and local government projects.

Green Title
Report
A green title is the common name given to the traditional block of land, which does not share services with owners of adjoining properties. Green titled lots are created under the Transfer of Land Act 1893. It is a title to freehold land that has street frontage and access to all services. It is the closest tenure to complete ownership in Western Australia.
Survey Strata
Report
A subdivision requires an application through the Western Australian Planning Commission and this initial application takes 3 months to issue. An approval to subdivide will be given with conditions requiring the developer to provide services & street access, and typically will be a 9 month process in total so the developer needs to plan accordingly.

FastTrack Project Management is a subdivision project management service offered by The Land Division. We're very familiar with the process and efficient at getting the job done. Our team regularly work with various contractors and manage the completion of subdivision conditions in addition to obtaining clearances from service agencies.
