We purchased a heavy duty garden shed in kit form from the Reynella site. Max the consultant was very helpful. The shed itself it great value, sturdier than the others we viewed and better value on top!
We had a slight technical issue and the lovely Geoff was sent to sort it out.

20 weeks since deposit paid, 12 weeks since production payment made and stamped council approval plans for shed and veranda and still nothing. Promises to ring you do not happen. The staff at the Reynella store have been more than helpful and this is not directed at them in any way shape or form. 8-10 weeks you are told, begs the question of what year the 8-10 weeks falls in.
Australian Consumer Law states - they know or should have known they would not be able to supply the products or services within the time frame indicated or if no time frame was provided, within a reasonable time.

Jason, the sales rep provided me with excellent service. I knew what I wanted, 12 mtr x 6mtr carport and only 2 bays, and he assisted in every way. From the planning, engineering and council he was there. We had plenty of problems and it took many months but we got there. I am very pleased with the finished product which I installed myself. Delivery of the verandah parts was very efficient as it involved a crane & side gate !!!!
The installer arrived at 7 am and was finished & everything left tidy by 1.15 pm .
The verandah is exactly as I had visualised it after helpful planning with Max ;fine workmanship using first rate materials.

Good service. Missed pre xmas installation cut off by 2 weeks but received call informing that due to a cancellation they could deliver & install our verandah b4 xmas. Great. Installer arrived Friday morn b4 xmas & spent Fri, Sat. & Sun. working. New big verandah in time for hot week & xmas new year. Cheers Max @ Olympic Reynella & Chris(installer). Great job, super strong & attractive (the verandah) & reasonable price.
