I purchased a coffee table and entertainment unit from this place and once they got delivered, we realised that the size is not a proper fit for our room. We contacted store within 2-3 days to exchange it with another one with the size which fits better but they refused to exchange/refund. We were ready to pay any delivery charges/additional charges but they said no. I am not happy with the customer service at all as now i am stuck with more than 5k of furniture which looks a misfit in my living room. With such a big brand and big price this kind of customer service was not expected.

The designs are stunning and eye catching. We bought nearly a complete set of furniture, dining table, bed, and bedside table. The issue is the timber is very sensitive to scratch. You might damage or scratch thr furniture quite easily. Not recommended for families with children or pets.

I have purchased furnitures from Oak Collection Castle Hill for my whole house. I was very pleased with the good quality and nice designed furnitures. I also wanted to say thank you to store manager Elieen as she has provided me professional and great services.
Overall, Oak Furniture Castle Hill is reliable and highly recommended.

I purchased furniture for my lounge, dining room and study. Some items were custom made and others ex stock. Every item arrived, very well packed, on time. The support from Patrick and the delivery team was absolutely outstanding. I have asked for one of the bookcases to be swapped with another display unit. Patrick was extremely accommodating with my request and has put that into motion
This is the second lot of furniture bought from Oak Furniture Collection, first being my bedroom furniture, that I bought 2 years ago. This is still in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

Great quality furniture and classic design. The store manager Eileen is very welcoming and professional, offering us helpful advice during the whole process. Some of our orders delivered very quickly, within a week. And we cannot wait for another big dining furniture to be delivered in about 2 months.

Purchased a small dining suite, nest of tables and shoe cabinet. The furniture is great quality with lovely finishings. Staff were helpful, not pushy or coercive. She gave us space to inspect and deliberate and answered all questions. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Really couldnt be happier with the whole experience.
