We have been using BBAC regularly for more than 15 years and find them reliable and friendly. Unfortunately the building certification process is government and QBCC controlled, with frequent regulation updates. If you want professional building certification that is current with the latest QBCC rules, then we suggest using BBAC.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional it's been 2 years since the work was completed and I'm still waiting on approval. Every time they come to inspect the scope is extended further and further outside the plans sent to council. I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the QBBC.

I found it hard to communicate with the surveyor, he was not keen to explain things or provide additional information. On top of that, during the final inspection he asked for a privacy screen that wasn't need, and when ask to show that particular regulation on the building code, he couldn't find it. This privacy screen, which wasn't needed, delay the process a few weeks unnecessarily. Overall not a positive experience for us.
