Was strung along for 3 weeks given excuses of broken phones & accidents. Told just before summer & Christmas he's not coming at all. Now stuck as no one else can fit me in, thanks to a month of waiting for nothing from Jay. His reply shows he doesn't think twice about lying, as pictured. Seeing how many other bad experiences people have with him make me regret ever wasting my time on Jay Air conditioning.

Absolutely can not fault these guys. Ben was great over the phone when I spoke to him on the first occasion. He came out when he said he would, explained everything and provided the pros and cons of each option and did a great job. Clearly an experienced and professional operator. I have no hesitation in recommending.
