We didnt technically engage this business, however we had a malfunctioning air con unit and our living room has been scorching due to the recent heatwave (we have a 6 week old baby). My mother in law rang a few repair businesses today to see if they could come and check it out but most services are fully booked and shutting down tomorrow for Christmas, including Teknicool. We didnt get the name of the young gentleman we spoke to, but he was excellent and although he couldnt come to help he gave us some tips to try and solve the problem and it worked! We are now cool and extremely grateful

Thanks for doing a great job installing our AC, for discussing the vent and unit placements beforehand and for explaining how it all worked. Its working well and looks great, especially the customised hallway exhaust vent. Great value for money.

We've had a ducted air conditioner installed on mounts that were required last year and also had it serviced. The Teknicool team have been great to deal with and definitely recommend. Sam and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional. I do not usually leave reviews but am doing this for the great work, ease in dealing with the teknicool team and hassle free process. Really appreciate the hard work!
