Services
Roof Restoration
Our roof restoration service revitalises aged roofs through comprehensive repairs, resealing, and protective coatings. We address leaks, damaged tiles, and ventilation issues while extending roof lifespan by decades. Using a 4-coat system including antifungal treatment and acrylic membranes, we restore functionality and appearance for both tiled and metal roofs.
Colorbond Roof Replacement
Specialising in Colorbond roof replacements, we upgrade old tiled roofs with modern steel systems. This lightweight, durable solution improves energy efficiency and weather resistance while offering a wide range of colours. Our installations include proper insulation and pitch adjustments for optimal performance and longevity.
Asbestos Roof Removal
We safely remove asbestos roofing following strict EPA and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines. Our licensed team uses containment systems and protective equipment to eliminate health risks. We handle complete disposal and replace with modern materials like Colorbond steel, ensuring compliance and long-term safety for residential and commercial properties.
Flat Metal Roof Restoration
Specialist restoration for flat and low-pitch metal roofs including Klip Lok and Trimdek systems. We address drainage issues by adjusting pitch, install Zincalume or Colorbond steel components, and upgrade insulation. This prevents water pooling and extends roof lifespan while maintaining structural integrity.
Roof Sealing
Our roof sealing service prevents water ingress through damaged flashings, cracked caulking, and tile joints. Using high-quality sealants and membranes, we create watertight barriers that protect against Melbourne's weather conditions. This service includes safety rail installation and comprehensive leak detection assessments.

We are a small community sporting club with a club house that is nearly 100 years young. Any major infrastructure work requires careful planning, and the roof replacement was a two year project. All throughout the process, Eastern Melbourne Roofing were exceptional. Every step of the way from when we first got a quote to when the roof work was completed and the solar panels went back up, they delivered what they said they would deliver and to the highest standards. And when something unexpected arose just before the work started, they delivered a solution that kept us within the agreed cost. Not
