At Bombora Custom Furniture, we are passionate about collaborating with our clients to create timeless, quality recycled timber furniture. We primarily use recycled timber from the local Victorian Eucalyptus species of Messmate and prefer to use timbers that are hard wearing, have low travel miles & are readily available recycled.
When requested, we can also source newly harvested timber that has been certified by the Forest Stewardship council (FSC) such as American Oak and Wormy Chestnut. We are an Australian family-owned business run by husband and wife team, Luke and Alison Collins. Every piece of bespoke solid timber furniture is handcrafted with quality craftsmanship, eco responsibility and sustainability in mind.
For the past 7.5 years, Bombora Custom Furniture have been developing and expanding their range of recycled timber furniture within the idyllic surrounds of Surf Coast creative precinct Ashmore Arts. Nestled into the coastal landscape (& only 10 minutes drive to the beach!), Ashmore Arts purpose built studios & workshops are a regional hub for a myriad of artisans including potters, painters, blacksmiths, jewellers & sculptors.
