Lovely lady who offered a smile and a quick chat on arrival. Knowledgeable about the stock and pricing of items. The range itself has a similar feel across the lines. Lots of good wooden pieces, but nothing much we were interested in. Good little showroom though if youre in the market for wooden furniture.

Truly awesome company - the quality and workmanship of the furniture is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional. I had a great experience shopping at the warehouse - Ross was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Pedro went above and beyond when delivering the order and getting the furniture assembled. Thank you, thank you to the team at Vast. Could not fault the whole process from ordering to delivery. When the arrival of my ordered Kuranda setting was pushed back from the original delivery date, not only was I informed every step of the way, but I was delivered a loan setting as the staff knew I was having a function. The new setting arrived and delivered very promptly. Even upon delivery, I was helped to unpack the setting and move it into position. Seems like good old fashioned service still does exist!

We recently bought the Kuranda furniture setting for our patio. Gorgeous furniture and it looks as great as we hoped. It's also really comfortable and suitable for a young family. Ross looked after us all the way and went above and beyond to make sure we had furniture for Christmas. We were so appreciative. We'd highly recommend Vast for it's great furniture and the customer service.
