Staff are super friendly and easy to deal with, can't wait until our blinds are installed. Quoting process was easy, the store has samples of all the options and we were even able to organise a measure when I was out of town to ensure turnaround time wasn't pushed out. Prices are competitive with all others in town and I'm sure if it follows suit the quality will be terrific. Turnaround time is a little more then first thought but that's just a show of how busy they are. Highly recommend based on our experience so far.

For the first time ever,most disappointed my new blinds scratched my wooden window sill.I was told nothing would be done about it!No responsibility taken.Very bad customer relations. They choose to ignore even after asking to see the manager.
