Termite Inspections
Our termite inspections involve a thorough assessment of accessible timbers, roof voids, sub-floors, and external structures using moisture meters, thermal cameras, and Termatrac torches. We provide detailed written reports and treatment proposals tailored to your property's needs. Our inspections cover Brisbane and Caboolture, ensuring early detection and prevention of termite damage.
Termite Treatments
We offer customised termite treatments using methods like Termidor dusting, Sentricon baiting, and foaming systems. Treatments target colonies directly and create long-lasting barriers to prevent reinfestation. Our specialists ensure safe, effective solutions for both existing and new buildings across Brisbane and Caboolture.
Termite Reticulation Systems
Termite reticulation systems involve installing TermX pipes under slabs or paths to deliver termiticides without trenching or drilling. These systems provide up to 8 years of protection and are ideal for new constructions or existing properties. We offer 50-year warranties on installations in Brisbane and Caboolture.
Wood Rot Treatment
Our wood rot treatments use borate solutions like Protectimber and Preschem Polesaver to protect timber from decay and termite infestation. These treatments are applied during inspections to prevent fungal growth and structural damage in residential properties.
Household Pest Control
We manage common household pests including ants, cockroaches, fleas, rodents, and spiders using synthetic pyrethroids, rodenticides, and baits. Treatments are tailored to target specific pests while minimising environmental impact across Brisbane and Caboolture.

All talk no action. Tanzer conducted a termite barrier on my parents property. There was internal wood damage that needed a foam treatment which he would do when he came back out to check the nests. We had to contact him months later to see when he was going to follow up. Lost our number in a computer crash. Must have happened twice because we never heard from him again. Would not recommend
