Good product, worst shipping company used,
the shipping company never answers phone, either on support line or admin and sales line, 4 days after finally delivered it showed still 100klm away and in transit, if this is only company The Blinds Place use would never deal with them again no matter how good the product is

Despite the difficulties during the lockdown we persevered with this firm to have blinds installed, we could not be happier with the service from Leon the salesman, the installation was on time and fast, I recommend this firm, and wish them well.

We could not find a panel slider track to hold 6 panels that we required for our new home anywhere in Qld. I rang The Blinds Place in Melb and they went out of their way to help us get what we needed. Thanks so much Ben.

Great service. One of our installed blinds was not quite rolling up right and they picked it up and promptly fixed it. Some time later, we moved a blind and they resized it for us at a reasonable cost.
