Services

Pest Control Service

Our comprehensive pest control service targets common household pests including ants, cockroaches, and spiders. Using advanced chemical treatments and preventative measures, we eliminate infestations and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences. Technicians conduct thorough property inspections to identify entry points and breeding grounds, ensuring complete eradication while minimising environmental impact.

Termite Treatment

Specialised termite treatments protect properties from structural damage caused by infestations. Our licensed technicians employ baiting systems and chemical barriers to eliminate colonies and prevent re-infestation. Regular inspections and maintenance plans ensure ongoing protection for residential and commercial buildings across Perth's varying soil conditions.

Rodent Control

Professional rodent control services address infestations of rats and mice through humane trapping, exclusion techniques, and habitat modification. We identify and seal entry points while implementing deterrent strategies to prevent future invasions, ensuring properties remain hygienic and structurally sound.

Gutter Cleaning

Regular gutter cleaning prevents pest infestations by removing debris that attracts mosquitoes, rodents, and termites. Our technicians perform thorough gutter clearance, inspect drainage systems, and provide maintenance advice to protect properties from water damage and pest-related issues.

Insect Eradication

Targeted insect eradication services address specific infestations like fleas, silverfish, and earwigs. Using species-specific treatments and preventative measures, we eliminate breeding grounds and implement long-term solutions to maintain pest-free environments in residential and commercial spaces.

Job well done, despite the 40 degree heat Jax was very thorough and professional, made sure every corner and nook was covered, communication was very good, he provided us good advice and considering the amount of work, did it all in good quick time. One suggestion, perhaps you guys can look at automating much of the paperwork, put it on an app or whatever and save some paper as well as possibly save your field guys quite a bit of time so they can be even more productive.

Tim from Termipest treated my place today and I can't recommend him enough! Very friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain what he needed to do and prioritised the health and safety of my indoor cats which I had been very worried about! Great service and price for a whole block and house treatment and its reassuring to know they will return under warranty for 12 months if needed. Will definitely use Termipest again in the future!
