A.E.Parker Builders

A.E.Parker Builders was established in 1992 by Andrew Eric Parker, a progressive builder from a respected local family of builders. With over 30 years of continuous operation in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle, we have built a reputation as award-winning builders specialising in residential renovations, extensions, bathroom renovations, and small commercial projects. Our principal, Andrew Parker, has held significant leadership roles including three terms on the Board of Directors of the Newcastle Master Builders Association, representation as a judge on the Lower Hunter Civic Design Awards, and service on the MBA National Housing Committee. We pride ourselves on delivering quality construction outcomes through best practices, sustainable solutions, and meticulous project management. Our team combines extensive industry experience with a commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

We maintain transparent communication throughout the building process, working closely with clients to transform their visions into reality while addressing practical considerations. Our track record of hundreds of completed projects demonstrates our ability to manage complex renovations, extensions, and new builds with professionalism and expertise. We adhere to strict organisational standards, ensuring clean and orderly worksites, and fostering positive relationships with clients and subcontractors alike. Our dedication to excellence has earned us the trust of Newcastle residents and businesses seeking reliable, high-quality construction services. This enduring commitment to our craft and community continues to position us as leaders in the local building industry.
