They get one star because there's no options for none! What a useless company, the manager is impossible to get hold of, the staff in the office are rude and obnoxious and they have no communication skills whatsoever. Once the deposit is paid it's a complete debacle from start to finish, AVOID THIS LOT AT ALL COSTS!
