Wow wow wow. Honestly I can't think of another company that has gone so over and above to look after us. We've now used Paradise Floor Coverings for 3 apartments and will continue to use them again for anything else we ever do. We need to get our 7 year old carpet stretched to get rid of some loosing places. It had been a headache for us for a while because it is almost impossible to move furniture around. We have tried some other companies for quote. Most of them can not do it without an empty room. Some are too expensive. Paradise Floor covering solved our problem perfectly with their highly skilled work and very reasonable price. From onsite guoting ,booking to the actual day working. Everthing is five start. Very trust worthy business.

My friend is a property manager and highly recommended this company. I made a phone call to seek indicative quote last week on a studio unit and the customer service level is super. The lady was so patience and explained everything. I will seek for on site quote and likely go with them. Will update how the work is. A company that will care about customer's feedbacks won't be too bad.
