Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services use advanced baiting and monitoring systems to eliminate colonies and prevent property damage. Technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify activity, then implement tailored solutions compliant with Australian Standard AS 3660.2. Annual inspections are recommended to safeguard properties against recurring infestations.
Pest Inspections
We provide comprehensive pre-purchase and timber pest inspections, delivering detailed 12-page reports for informed property decisions. Our assessments cover termite activity, structural integrity, and potential infestation risks, ensuring compliance with Australian standards for residential and commercial properties.
Rodent Removal
Our rodent control solutions use child- and pet-safe baiting stations to eradicate mice and rats. Technicians target nesting areas in roof spaces and external structures, addressing health hazards and property damage caused by gnawing. Follow-up treatments ensure complete eradication and prevention.
Cockroach Treatment
We employ gel baiting systems with pheromone attractants to eliminate cockroach colonies in homes and businesses. Treatments target breeding sites in kitchens, wall cavities, and commercial premises like restaurants, ensuring long-term control without disruptive fumigation.
Ant Extermination
Our ant control uses integrated methods including baits and non-repellent insecticides to target colonies in soil, timber, or wall cavities. Technicians address foraging patterns and queen elimination to prevent reinfestation, ensuring lasting results for residential and commercial properties.

I have been using Customised Pest Control for over 6 1/2 via my employment as a Residential Property Manager. We have used other contractors but I have always found Customised Pest to be more competitive in their pricing and have always given excellent customer service.
Brodie and Kristie have been wonderful throughout the years and I highly recommend them for all their services.
