Very happy with my decision to go with Totally Flooring Gold Coast. Rahul was very helpful and professional with information and quoting. The team who did the floor levelling work over the tiles were prompt and did a great job for Rick and Aaron to install the hybrid flooring. Great guys, did a fantastic job.

Up until writing a negative review due to delays experienced we had dealt with the salesman and installer, voicing our ongoing concerns. On reading our review, Jake, the owner, contacted us immediately. He asked what we needed to be done to complete the job to our satisfaction, he then rallied his resources and all was completed in under 3 hours. Jake's recovery of the situation is why we choose to use family owned and operated businesses. Caring goes a long way in servicing customers and ensures return business.
